Because our resin hunting boards are handmade and crafted in small batches, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at BuckndOak@Outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect style selection
- Normal variations in wood grain, resin patterns, color, or handmade details
These natural variations make every board unique.
